DESCRIPTION
- This course is designed for anyone who works above ground levels; where there is a risk of falling from height and suffering an injury. The course caters for learners of all literacy levels by using plain language and familiar concepts to illustrate each topic Working at heights is a common activity, but it can pose serious hazards. Falls frequently result in severe injuries or fatalities. One should protect your workers by managing the risks of working at heights. Learn to assess and control hazards related to working at heights, including fall prevention and fall protection. This introductory course will be supplemented by further instruction and hands-on training that is specific to the job, work site, equipment and jurisdiction.
